Specialized in moving data between CRM systems, we offer fast, efficient and thorough migration of your valuable contact information. Current migration paths supported are Goldmine to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 & 4.0. In future further ones will be added depending on demand.

We use pre made projects/scripts that migrate the main contact information (See www.sqltree.net/GoldmineToMSCRM). These are made freely available at no cost under the creative commons license. However, any serious CRM system will usually need the project/script adapting, customizing and extending to fit your unique scenario. For this we offer the following services scenarios:

• On Site

  Here we come and work on-site and take care of the entire migration operation for you. This is an intense, full service, hands on scenario where we can work in close cooperation with you to ensure maximum speed, efficiency, quality and thoroughness of the operation.

• Remote

  In this scenario you send us a snapshot of your database and description/configuration of your old and new CRM systems. We will then prepare a script/program that matches your requirements. This is then run locally on your system to migrate the data, while our experts are on standby should any complications arise during that time.
  

• Support/Help

  Paid help, advice and support either by email, phone or Skype conferencing, should you decide to "do it yourself" using our freely available project/script. This will make use of any spare manpower you might have available in-house, but provides you with the necessary assistance should you run into any difficulties along the way.
  Do be advised that this scenario usually does take a lot longer to complete than the other two.
